Academic and Career Planning is a student-driven, adult-supported process in which students create and cultivate their own unique and information-based visions for post-secondary success. It is intended to equip students and their families with the tools necessary to make more informed choices about postsecondary education, training, and careers for life after high school.
ACP is a lifelong process of exploring the questions:
Who am I?
Where am I going?
How do I get there?
It is a student-centered process of developing workplace values, skills, personal qualities, and knowledge of one’s postsecondary pathway.
